Buenos dias, This time we have an Interview with the trombone player of the Mexican ska band called Panteon Rococo. Before the inteview we went to a Mexican restaurant here in Vienna and right after the sound check we made the interview. The venue was packed people fom all the surrounding countries like Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia and all around Austria came to witness how Panteon Rococo rock the European stages.

Seems like after months and months of praying and praying finally gave a positive result, Jim Lindberg came back to the music scene with his new band called THE BLACK PACIFIC. Like Jim himself said "Pennywise was a big experience in my life but sometimes you need to move on" The sound of The Black Pacific is fast, strong and at the same time melodic getting along pretty good with amazing sing along parts and good lyrics "Lindberg´s style" I talked with the band during their first European tour and for my surprise I realized that Marc Orrell, ex-Dropkick Murphys is playing the guitar in the band!!check the band www.theblackpacific.com and enjoy the interview.

Citazioni sul problema della mafia le troviamo sparse nel primo album, quando parlano, ad esempio, dell' “aquisto di voti” a colpi di lupara e tangenti, per poi arrivare a “Radio Aut”, canzone dedicata a Peppino Impastato e contenuta nel loro penultimo cd “Mazel Tov”.

Jugendkultur goes Hollabrunn

Masturbation Records bzw. der Verein zur Förderung alternativer Musikkultur wurde bereits vor 10 Jahren von Mitgliedern ortsansässiger Punkbands in Hollabrunn gegründet. Wirkungsstätte dabei ist der Alte Schlachthof Hollabrunn. Nachdem dieser nach seiner Schließung 3 Jahre leer stand, stand die Idee im Raum, die mehr als baufälligen Gebäude als Jugend- und Kulturzentrum zu nutzen.

It has been a long time looking for a mexican band who wanted to cooperate with hearingthevoice and I finally found a band from Zacatecas; Mexico. Kinderplay is a band which have been around for 10 years in the mexican and now european punk scene, The band conformed by:  LALO (guitar) LUIS xpskx (bass & vox) JONATHAN (drums& vox) JOCE L. (guitar & vox), toured many cities in Mexico i.e. Aguascalientes, Cancun, Merida, Guadalajara, Durango, San Luis Potosi and lots more, In Europe this quartet had crashed in Norway and  Spain along with bands such as Anillectual(Holland)...

I remember it, like yesterday, when I got the first Strung Out CD. It was almost 10 years ago when I held “Twisted By Design” in my hands for the first time. Up to now, this band was not able to disappoint me. With “Agents Of The Underground”

After a long Emails session with the band´s manager, record label, booking agency, etc… We got an interview with this legend of streetpunk called THE CASUALTIES, this guys are famous for their hard sound, combative lyrics and their distinctive punk look, I had the pleasure to interview Jake the guitar player who was really happy to be back in Vienna and this is what he said to us.
